The LED Lighting Project for Serenity Park aims to transform the park into a vibrant, safe, and energy-efficient public space. The main objectives are to enhance safety by improving visibility for evening visitors, create an inviting ambiance, and significantly reduce the park’s energy consumption and maintenance costs. The project will start with a comprehensive site assessment to determine the best lighting solutions for various areas, such as pathways, playgrounds, picnic areas, and key landmarks. A detailed lighting design will then be developed to ensure uniform illumination and highlight specific features like statues, water fountains, and gardens. High-quality, weather-resistant LED fixtures with a suitable color temperature and lumen output will be selected and strategically placed to maximize coverage and minimize dark spots. The installation will involve mounting the lights on poles and integrating them with the existing electrical infrastructure, ensuring the design blends seamlessly with the park’s natural environment. Once installed, the lighting system will undergo rigorous testing to ensure it meets performance standards, with adjustments made as necessary to optimize lighting angles and intensity. A final walkthrough and approval from local authorities will conclude the installation phase. To ensure the longevity and reliability of the LED lights, a detailed maintenance schedule will be established, including regular inspections, cleaning, and timely replacements of any defective components. The LED fixtures will have a minimum Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 85 and a color temperature of 4000K for natural white light, providing uniform illumination with an average of 50 lux for pathways and up to 150 lux for playgrounds and activity areas. The project aims to reduce the park’s lighting energy consumption by 60% compared to traditional systems, with LED lights having a minimum lifespan of 60,000 hours. The new LED lighting system will enhance the overall visitor experience by providing a well-lit, secure, and aesthetically pleasing environment.
